Group CollaborationPosted: February 11, 2014
Today I was absent during the morning group session as I attended the Nev Wilshire talk at Llandaff. However I did catch up on the progress of the guys with what they did that morning, myself and Bryn then carried on with some more work in the afternoon. We had another little brain storm as we needed to decided what material to make the final item from. With time against us we decided slip casting might be the best way as it would give a good quality look to the object without taking a long time to create. Leaving these ideas to one side to feedback to the others we created a blue foam model to determine the final dimensions of our heart. This is also what the others had been doing during the morning as we needed to experiment with the sizing to ensure we have the best dimensions.
