Identifying a ProblemPosted: January 14, 2014
As the brief was really open everyone was stuck what to do and which direction to take. I especially was scared to pick something and begin work then it be all wrong. This morning Gareth and Paul spoke about problem solving and picking areas of the city to focus on that were of particularly interest (commuting, homelessness, safety etc…). Also that it would be good to incorporate what you would love to do for your dream job into this project. The obvious choice for me would be to focus on transport around the city as its something I do a lot and I have a personal passion for cars and trains. To start off with I brainstormed all the main problems I could think of about transport in the city.
